How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favorite fragrance to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout. If available, Cash on Delivery (COD) will be shown as an option during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification by contacting us immediately at fragzeeperfumes@gmail.com. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available in selected locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Can I return a perfume?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes may not be eligible for return. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 days to your original payment method.

How should I apply perfume for better longevity?

For best results:

Apply after showering
Spray on pulse points (neck, wrists, behind ears)
Avoid rubbing after spraying
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
